When you see your tumbler made on live, that is not the only step. There are lots of steps that have to be done before we can ship your tumbler. It can take 2 to 6 weeks before the tumbler can ship. It may not take this long, just be prepared that it can take that long. If it has been 6 weeks and you want to check on the status of your order send us an email and we will get back to you.
